When trying to spawn in user heads with "/give username skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:*username}, you are unable to spawn in heads of people whose usernames are entirely numbers. For instance, my friend named "1836839", when his head is generated in, I am given a Steve? head. No, it wasn't a typo, I've checked.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
