[MC-67559] View does not allign if head is rotated in an armor stand in Spectator Mode

Spectator mode can view any entity's perspective even ender crystals and while spectating armour stands that have rotated heads the screen doesn't change its view

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
