No player pointer on map

You cannot set the 'center' like that, the center is set when opening the map and stored with the 'id' of 4 (in your case).

You are not in range of whatever it has been set to thus you do not show up on the map.

i am based on this http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Map_item_format because map mannually created are not centered and even less when expanded manually.
in game i am beside of green pointer, this map work sometimes for some person
