Delayed Firework/ Duds

When launching fireworks they will go up like normal, however they don't show right away it may be 25+ seconds before it will go off. I launched 10 fireworks and it took 31 seconds and even then only one went off and exploding sound of the firework was delayed about 3 or 4 seconds.
