When summoning fireworks like this:
/summon FireworksRocketEntity -350 57 4471 {LifeTime:1,Motion:[0.00,0.50,0.00],FireworksItem:{id:401,Count:1,tag:{Fireworks:{Explosions:[{Type:4,Flicker:0,Trail:0,Colors:[16777215],FadeColors:[16777215]},{Type:4,Flicker:0,Trail:0,Colors:[16777215],FadeColors:[16777215]},{Type:4,Flicker:0,Trail:0,Colors:[16777215],FadeColors:[16777215]}]}}}}
The point in time when the firework is actually exploding is where the water glitches out. Once the explosion is done the particles are fine and the water goes back to normal.
