You cannot fly and sprint simultaneously in creative mode when double-tapping the "Walk Forwards" key

this is an invalid issue. thats not a bug but a feature request. use ctrl to sprint in the air.

Thank you, ctrl work but i expect the same thing with double W key.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w49b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

I am able to confirm this behavior in 21w41a. Here are some extra details regarding this problem.

The Bug:

You cannot fly and sprint simultaneously by double-tapping the "W" key.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Switch into creative mode and begin flying in the air.

• Attempt to fly and sprint at the same time by double-tapping the "W" key.

• Take note as to whether or not you can fly and sprint simultaneously by double-tapping the "W" key.

Observed Behavior:

You cannot fly and sprint simultaneously by double-tapping the "W" key.

Expected Behavior:

You would be able to fly and sprint simultaneously by double-tapping the "W" key.

I'd just like to add that for some bizarre reason, this works when underwater.
