world goes crazy

when I turn up chunk loading to 32 my worlds rendering goes completely crazy http://puu.sh/b3hBa/5710032a1f.jpg if I turn it back down to below 16 it seems to be fine. graphics settings: http://puu.sh/b3hMq/f379555a2f.jpg
