[MC-68984] Rabbits cannot jump on slime blocks

The Bug:

Rabbits cannot jump on slime blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place down a large area of slime blocks by using the command provided below.
```
/fill ~5 ~-1 ~5 ~-5 ~-1 ~-5 minecraft:slime_block
```
Summon a rabbit on top of them.
Switch into survival mode so that the rabbit will run away from you.
Take note as to whether or not rabbits can jump on slime blocks.

Observed Behavior:

Rabbits cannot jump on slime blocks.

Expected Behavior:

Rabbits would be able to jump on slime blocks.
