[MC-69779] /tell TAB completion keeps suggesting player name

This relates to: MC-66532

When you enter the command /tell in the chat and press TAB, it always suggests a player name instead of stopping after the first time

Most likely intended, since this can also be used to easily fill in another player's name if you want to mention it in a /tell message.

I also vote for intended. It's useful, and nothing forces you to TAB a new name unless you want to.

This function is extremely useful in multiplayer.
