I confirm that I can reproduce this bug in 1.8 Final. I managed to get an iron golem to attack a creeper by spawning it very close to him. After attacking and killing the creeper, the iron golem kinda went a bit berserk, and subsequent creepers that approached him were attacked as well.

Reopen it?

Is it confirmed (in 1.8 final) that the two of them don't interact anymore?

I've been looking for a 1.8-pre3 -> 1.8 Final changelog, but I couldn't find one...

I've seen it happening without the slighest amount of doubt and/or confusion in 1.8.

...for the sake of variety 😃

Anomie, I think those are for a new (or several new) bug report/s...

I also vote for intended. It's useful, and nothing forces you to TAB a new name unless you want to.

It says it's fixed in 1.8 Pre-3...but does anyone knows how they fixed it?

This is pretty serious. I hope it doesn't get skipped prior to 1.8 final...

I can understand melon and pumpkin seeds, but Nether Wart? Since when chickens eat mushrooms/fungus? (or if they do, since when they're known for doing that?).

I think there's a gif on reddit about this issue (see the last few seconds):

I approve of this bug report. 3D doors are the way, the old ones (iron/oak) included.

It seems more like that the old icons just need an update.

Oh, well...I admittely don't know how to search for bugs 😛

Although the world generator being with the default settings, it still seems to me a bit odd. But oh well...if that's how Mojang did it...^^

...a feature? under default settings?

Still happens with 1.7.4...I tried mixing slabs and stairs in a ceiling, and in certain sides of the stairs black squares appears if you put a slab nearby. Very annoying.

Voted for this issue. It's simply annoying, and worthy of an Alpha version of a game.
