Blocks with a data value > 0 have missing texture in superflat customization

When using the preset

3;minecraft:bedrock,2*minecraft:dirt,minecraft:grass,minecraft:snow_layer:1;1;village

the snow layer has a missing texture.

The snow layer is generated with the specified thickness in the superflat world.

This affects other blocks such as end rods or pistons as well.
