More Lighting Glitches :(

Same kind of lighting glitches that affect versions 1.7 and under. I THOUGHT THESE WERE FIXED! These bugs only seem to take effect on blocks that emit light. Also, for me, this only happens at night time and when i've freshly loaded the world.
