What I expected to happen was...:
Minecart Sound to continue when leaving tunnel into rain
What actually happened was...:
The rain sound continued while the minecart stopped producing sound completely
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ride minecart into tunnel
2. Continue out of tunnel while it is raining
