[MC-71968] 1 letter domain name not clickable

One letter domain names (For instance: m.ly) are not clickable inside game. Two letters or more are clickable (mc.ly). I hope it can be fixed. Thanks!

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that links with m.ly domain to be clickable

What actually happened was...:
m.ly is not clickable, even when I put https://m.ly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play Minecraft (both single player and multiplayer)
2. Type m.ly in chat
3. Try to click m.ly

Looks like Mojang thought nobody would have a domain name of 1 letter. Could be a duplicate of MC-30864 though.

Can't reproduce (the link is clickable) using this command:

/tellraw @p {"text":"test","clickEvent":{"action":"open_url","value":"http://m.ly"}}

Resolved to MC-30864 because of the provided Steps to Reproduce.
