[MC-72257] Can't place lilac in clay pot.

I cannot place a lilac in a clay pot.
I can place other flora like ferns, trees, dandelions, but I cannot place lilac in the pot at all.

intended the lilac exists out of 2 blocks, the others don't (btw it's called a flower pot)
