This screenshot shows an extraneous line of sand that generated on a house's floor, along the border where the village crosses into a desert biome.

Cannot reproduce either.
The floor of your house is strangely one block too low. The floor at my world is at 71, your's at 70.
Maybe it's a bug in JRE 8 (which Oracle isn't promoting for non-programmers yet)? I thought it might be my CPU dying, but I've run some stress tests and been unable to detect any logic errors. I'll upload or link the whole world folder in case it helps (although it has the sand cleared); note the ocean chunk glitched into a mountainside just northeast of spawn.
Hopefully this'll let Oracle and Dinnerbone figure out how to blame each other...

Resolved as duplicate of MC-73880, because the issue in that ticket is reproducible.
