My Hat layer on my skin does not appear in multiplayer.
When i equipped my skin i expected to see glasses and a beard but was not there
What should happen is when I turn all my hat layers on i should see them on my skin
My has layer did not show up at all though.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I made a skin with a hat layer.
2. I equipped the skin on Minecraft.net
3. I did not see my had layer in the game soo i checked the options for hat layers and they were all equipped
