Minecraft Bug - Glass and water

I found a bug back in 1.7.10 and wanted to report it until now I found the place to report it to.

First of all, the bug that I have found only happens in 'Survival mode'. The bug that I have found is that when you start to destroy a glass pane or a glass block but not fully such as not destroying it completely behind water or lava the water or lava disapears but reapears for when you stop trying to destroy the glass.... Any way, as you start to destroy the glass pane or the glass block, the water or lava starts to disapear and you can see the blocks around the where the water or lava previously was but when you stop destroying it and the glass is still there, the water reapears...
