[MC-73530] Riding in Minecarts puts you too High in the Air.

Each time I try to ride a minecart in multiplayer, it puts me higher up in the air than it did in previous versions; and it's very annoying. To see this for yourself, Simply go into any version after 1.8 and ride a minecart on a rail.

My legs used to poke through the bottom- the view from first person is also affected.

Is the server that you're on modified or vanilla? Please force a crash by holding down F3+C or FN+F3+C for 10 seconds while in game and attach the crash report here.

Looks like a modded server, I see PlotMe plots in the screenshot.
