[MC-74051] Sign and Water bug

When I view a sign next to the water, the water somehow goes over the sign but actually the water is next to it. See the attachment please.

Wow that's a new one... now signs do this too?
EDIT: The post of the sign is rendering through the board... so even the individual parts of the sign got messed up somehow... This is actually some evidence which means we can merge the whole 'things rendering behind water/stuff' bug and the 'chest lids rendering behind chest'/'inside out/transparent chests' bug.
