[MC-74429] Big display problem since 1.8

see the images for full details: impossible to play, the game does not display propertly BUT the game works fine on older version

Environment

Java Version: Latest ; did try on older Java version doesnt work
Graphics: ATI Radeon x1300/x1550 series with latest update
OpenGL latest update
DirectX11
