mobs don't target each other

seems intended, zombies want flesh/brains, skeletons only have bones

makes some sense if it was in real life, but in older versions of mine craft they did target each other

i think this is intended, this was never reported before but existed for a long time. i dont think zombies are supposed to get mad at other mobs

Confirmed in 1.8.3. Probably intended, although I wish it weren't. Occurs with all mobs except creepers. Relates to MC-9536.

Cannot confirm for creepers anymore in 15w36c

is this still an issue in the 1.9 prerelease 1?

In 17w06a it looks like this happens only when the mob has already targeted a player and is trying to reach him. Otherwise the mobs attack each other.
