[MC-75] Leaf hat makes tools etc green

When a leaf block is worn on a players head, most items then appear as the leafs colour while being held by the player.
This can be seen in both the inventory player image, third person mode and by other players.

I just tested placing a leaf block on my head, and it didn't even work. Are you sure you're testing this in 1.4.2?

The blocks cannot be placed in the helmet slot with default minecraft however with the use of mods or inventory editing it is possible.

The only problem is the green tools etc when a leaf block is on the players head.

I herd of the glitch were you can wear anything as armour in one of the pre-releases, but was fixer in 1.4.2.
