Pistons behaving improperly - Extends when not allowed to

I doubt that this is not a duplication. 🙂 😛

Perhaps this is a BUD switch? I can't really tell what's happening.

No, the piston is extending when there is something in the way, in this case a repeater:
P=piston
R=repeater
b=any block
rbbp <==power in here
bbbb

However, this is WAI: pistons will force some blocks to drop as items e.g. repeaters

More specifically, blocks that require another block in order to be placed will be dropped as items.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w49b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
