[MC-76277] Bad hearing w/ note blocks

When I play a note block sound and get further than one or two blocks of the note block playing it goes very quiet and messes up my songs. My speakers are on full blast and so are my sound settings, so it isn't my computer.

Are Jukeboxes affected by this also?

Please force a debug crash by holding F3+C for 10 or more seconds and attach the report (found in .minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Jukeboxes are slightly more weird, They sound kind of goes high and low at different times. Weirdly it only happens on servers!
