[MC-77611] Explosions can remove piston head

When an explosion happens and at the same moment a piston is extending, it can happen that the piston head gets removed.

This ticket has been resolved as a duplicate, anything you want to say about it, please say on MC-27056.

That makes no sense, there the last comment was: "Create a new report"...

Well, the creator of that report, Samuel Bigelow, clearly isn't keeping things up to date. You can comment on MC-27056 and ask to be made the reporter, you can ask that MC-77611 be made the main report since it has better information, or you can create a new report.
