This crash happened while trying to enlarge a map in the crafting table.
I was using a vanilla client connected to a Bukkit server at the time. Since the server was non-vanilla, this bug report is not about the server's faulty behavior. Rather this is about the vanilla client handling faulty messages from the server better.

And why should the client have to tak, as you say yourself in the report, faulty messages from the mod? The vanilla messages are just fine...
The exception occurs in a method, aac.d, that doesn't even exist! Only aac.a, aac.b, acc.c and aac.e exist!

The client should be robust enough to not crash.
