Cows / Mooshrooms can be milked with doMobLoot false

The doMobLoot gamerule does not prevent players from milking cows and Mooshrooms

MC-28400 proves that the doMobLoot gamerule is supposed to affect any item obtainable from mobs, not just once dropped on death.
