[MC-79122] Signs disappear from overworld

I HAVE USED THE SEARCH FUNCTION, if this is a duplicate, the search function is not effective.

Upon loading a world, all existing signs' textures are completely gone, leaving only the hitboxes.
On trying to place a new sign, the GUI that appears is missing the entire sign and does not show any text input.

Note: After restarting my Minecraft, signs seem to work again, but this is not the first time this has happened.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Your graphics card driver is slightly outdated. Update to nvidia 347.88 : http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.

Not resolved in PE 1.1.3.50 when playing a world older than last patch.

Sequence is: start old save of world, confirm existence of signs holding up water in chicken hatchery, save and quit, startup world again, signs are no longer in place.
