[MC-79911] Using 2 resource packs which both change the colour of foliage causes all foliage (except birch and spruce laves) to turn grey

I have 2 resource packs which both change the colour of foliage, and I put them both on at the same time, and all foliage just turned grey! I am unsure of how to reproduce this bug, but using multiple resource packs which change the colour of foliage should help.

The 2 resource packs probably counteracted the colour of foliage.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

If so, please attach both resource packs.
