[MC-81635] Mipmap levels making blue lines inbetween blocks

When mipmap levels in video settings are off, the game looks normal, but when i put mipmap levels on, it creates blue lines in between blocks

Steps to Reproduce:
1. turn on mipmap levels in video settings
2. investigate the problem, and hopefully fix it

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Bigger problem is MIP mapping doesn't even work, there is no mipmapping at all in Minecraft version 1.8.7.

For everyone still suffering from this issue, it can be resolved by using anisotropic filtering, either through your nvidia/amd settings or through mods like optifine.
