[MC-8276] Falling block entities "flash" when overlapping / Z-fighting

Placing a block 36 and making 1 sand and one gravel(it works with 2 of the same kind too, but less) fall into the block will cause black lines o appear over the block, and the lines "flash" when you move

I did. Also, you have to re-join the game to see the blocks glitch

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
