When I crouch and place an End Rod on Tall Grass the Tall Grass is deleted but the End Rod is floating in midair.

Doesn't require crouching, also affects other blocks. This is because when you right click tall grass (or double tall grass) it attempts to place the block you are holding in that exact spot.
