[MC-8316] Arrow fired from a dispenser on a repeater vibrate

When arrows fired from a dispenser land on a on clock made of repeater, they vibrate as long as the redstone alternate

Can you imagine how an arrow shake when hitting the target in real life ? it's the same but it doesn't stop.
