[MC-83445] Bug with rail connect sound

If you place rails that do not connect , the placement sond is not played
(Rail not connect bug : [MC-83395]).

Nope, the song isn't played if the rails don't automatic connect

Does this still happen in 15w44b? The related issue MC-83015 was fixed.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
