Levitation effect above level 137 makes you fly downward instead of up

The levitation effect, if applied, and if its over 127 will make you fly downwards at high speeds. Any lower and it works fine.

Intended feature, it applies a negative power potion effect which usually changes it's effect to opposite what it does.

Unfortunately, effect multipliers above 4 are currently not supported.

the speed you gow down is the same ass 255-level goeas down.
