Unable to reproduce, shot every mob currently in the game with a spectral arrow in a superflat.
Please try clearing your inventory completely, then taking JUST a bow and a spectral arrow, and then try shooting.
If problem persists, then try updating your graphics drivers.

Ok, I was just checking because sometimes things just like this happen.

This is the first post to report the fishing rod bug in off hand slot, so could you edit the title to be more accurate like: "When Fishing rod is used in the off hand slot, the bobber immediately disappears"

Intended feature, you have always needed a silk touch pickaxe to get the Enderchest back as an item.

Intended feature, it applies a negative power potion effect which usually changes it's effect to opposite what it does.

Now with the new wireframe hitboxes you can see clearly what is happening, and as Kumasasa mentioned: if the hitbox touches the button, it is pressed.

So I'm not sure what to think of this... Is this a bug?

From the standpoint how it is coded, No.
But from the standpoint of "realism", it is....

Maybe it's a feature, that zombies just are so interested of killing players that they won't fight other hostile mobs...

I'd suggest you leave a comment in the other issue that a mod would mark that as invalid and you change this bit in the description
