[MC-83722] void bug

when you fight the ender dragon that you have resummoned the ender dragon can get stuck in the void and be a free target. when you fight the wither, the wither heads he fires can get stuck in the void as well.

Invalid/fixed/duplicate: Multiple reports in one ticket, the ender dragon no longer gets stuck in the void, wither skulls getting stuck in unloaded chunks is a different ticket.
