[MC-83728] can barely move and can't jump

When I went into my survival world I could barely move nor could I jump, I got stopped by plants that you use to be able to walk over/through.

Please provide exact steps to reproduce your issue.

I didn't even do anything to cause the issue it just happened when I started my world up I have no clue how to reproduce it.

Does this still happen in 15w44b?
