[MC-83892] Hitting the ground with a negative levitation effect (floating downwards) from at least 4 blocks up makes you take damage, and launch back up again.

Hitting the ground with a negative levitation effect (floating downwards) from at least 4 blocks up makes you take damage, and launches the player back up higher than where he jumped off.

He means the effect when floating downwards. (a.k.a level 128+)
