The Bug:

Chorus plants don't drop themselves when mined with silk touch.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down some end stone and a chorus plant on top of it.

  2. Give yourself an axe enchanted with silk touch by using the command provided below.

    /give @s minecraft:diamond_axe[minecraft:enchantments={levels:{"minecraft:silk_touch":1}}]

  3. Mine the chorus plant using the axe enchanted with silk touch.

Observed Behavior:

Chorus plants don't drop themselves.

Expected Behavior:

Chorus plants would drop themselves.

This is a feature request.

Are we sure this is a feature request? I don't think Mojang have officially said anything on the matter.

In addition, there exist other valid reports about Silk Touch not working on some other blocks: MC-249142

Can confirm in 1.19.2.
