[MC-84384] You cannot eat soup/stew

in survival you cannot drink your stew /soups if your health is down usually you can drink stew/soup to heal yourself.

i know that but in earlier versions you could eat stew/soup to heal is this a new feature?

when they added the hunger bar, food no longer heals.
On certain bukkit pvp servers, they might have added it, but this is intended behavior for vanilla.
