[MC-84584] Placing End Rod on End Rod sends "hslsdjfksdlk" to output log twice

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set "Launcher Visibility" option in profile to "Keep open".
2. Start game, open world.
3. Place End Rod.
4. Place another End Rod on the first one.
4. Message "hslsdjfksdlk" should appear in log.

Appears to be a debug message, not really a bug.

That does seem to be the intention of the message. Still, you don't really want debug messages in a final release, so better to catch it now than 1.9.
