[MC-85526] Glowing effect isn't visible behind mobs

When a mob stand infront of a mob with the glowing effect you can't see the glowing effect of the mob.

Both mobs have to have the glowing effect.

Cannot reproduce/fixed. If this affects 15w44b, please attach a screenshot of the issue and force a crash by holding F3+C for 10 seconds, then attach the crash report here as well.
