[MC-85643] Levitation trampoline!

So when Im in survival survival and i have a levitation effect of a power of 254, I slowly float down and when I hit the ground I get sprung back in the air farther up than before.

Effects with amplifiers > 4 are not supported.

For a temp fix set the player to spectator then survival before they hit the ground... not ideal but it works. It will remove all fall damage
