[MC-85815] I made a floating boat

When I was making a boat tower with Sugar Canes, I discovered that some boats levitated.
Step 1: /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ 255 ~ minecraft:reeds when standing on sand next to water
Step 2: right click sugar cane with boats going up as you go
Step 3: Break 2-3 of the boats
