Map go Blank when use Shears 15w34a

Map show Blank when i craft map with shears
Steps to Reproduce:
1. craft map with paper and compass
2. then craft map with shears
3. then after that my map showed blank it won't show anything
4. i try move west of the map it start to show part of map when i keep moving west still cant see my arrow where im at

for other new map
i try this for 3 or 4 time on new map show blank on map not show anything
