What I expected to happen was that the cursor would be seen on any map that is zoomed out / zoomed in.
What actually happened was that the cursor didn't appear.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click an empty map
2. Zoom out / zoom in the map by crafting the map with paper / shears. Don't shift click.
3. Look at the map.

Windows 8.1 and Java Version 8 Update 51
Nevermind, It's just not seen when you far from map zone... Shouldn't it be seen always?
