[MC-86809] Attack Speed values shown in lore for Swords and Axes are invested.

When looking the sword and axes attack speed values in inventory, these are invested.
You can attack each 0.8s when holding a sword, and each 1.25s when holding an axe. But it shows 1.25 attack speed for sword and 0.8 attack speed for axes.
