[MC-87345] Coming Out The Same Side I Went In The Nether Portal

Ocasionally, when going through a nether portal, the player comes out the same side of the portal, they came in. This bug can be reproduced by entering a nether portal but is seemingly random. (Only tested on a multiplayer server)

A similar issue was fixed recently. Is this still an issue in 15w44b? If so, please explain the issue in detail and provide steps to reproduce it.
